Pamela Peeters began her research initiatives in Belgium, testing the maturity of the consumer side of the automotive sector towards the integration of cleaner technologies.  This was her introduction to her continuous research on changing production and consumption patterns. She has researched over ten years on economic models and applications that blends the desires and the economic reality of the non-profit and the for-profit market for the 21st century towards more sustainable levels of operation.


Pamela enjoyed extensive training at Procter & Gamble and has global expertise of foreign economies. She focuses on mainstreaming the sustainable development policy through various media projects (television, print, radio, film festival,…). She publishes the results of her research in both Europe and the USA.


E d u c a t i o n


Pamela Peeters has designed a course entitled “New Citizenship” that describes the challenges of our planet within the changing environment of the 21st century.  The course stresses on the connections between the environment, the economy and society and integrates sustainable choices, concepts and solutions to managerial decision making at the workplace and in the personal life of her clients.  The understanding and applications of these principals results in considerable long term profits for individuals, companies and communities.  Pamela Peeters underlines the importance of stimulating the individual creativity within team interaction. The capitalization of untapped potential will contribute to bridge information and productivity gaps within companies. She makes herself available as a spokeswoman for lectures and conferences and has created and produced two leadership workshops .

Pamela Peeters is a writer of scientific papers, articles and short stories covering topics such as sustainable development and new citizenship.  She has published her work in the USA and Europe.  She produces educational vision-videos on society’s lifestyle issues and focuses on emerging trends and planetary well-being.  She is currently producing and hosting an ongoing television show “our-planet” that popularizes sustainable development. The show has been running for more than 6 years and reaches nearly a million viewers. She has been interviewed for a variety of international television shows, magazines, newspapers and radio shows on her business developments, the American culture and her research results at Columbia University. Pamela Peeters has co-founded several initiatives and organizations that promote sustainable well-being.  She provides people and organizations with her expertise through several board of advisor positions.  She represents Non-Profit organizations and For-Profit companies at international meetings and is an active participant of educational workshops organized by the United Nations.  She has been an attached reserve economist to the Belgian Senate, became the Prize of the Minister of Foreign Trade in 1998 and is an administrator for clubs that unite people with an interest in environment, sustainable development and international trade. She has recently been made honorary member of BPW International (Business and Professional Women) and developed their Manhattan Chapter in 2004. She is also a member of the Club of Rome. She has been classified by the Belgian Press as “Famous Flemish”.
